Real food and good food are very important to me. I know people who want to eat nothing but frozen pizza and processed food, but for me food tastes better when I know where it came from.
You’ll find that the recipes posted here rarely veer too far from the natural primary ingredients.
This month, as a new years and a ½ resolution, I’m starting a journey back down the vegan pathway (something I’ve done once before, but hoping this time it will stick forever!) So you’ll find largely plant-based cooking and baking here with the odd gluten-free addition as I like to cook for friends with gluten sensitivities as well. Stay tuned!
