Here’s my “Can’t Taste the Lettuce” Smoothie:
- 1/4 mango
- 1 nectarine
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 cups romaine
Puree in blender until all green leafy bits are gone. It leaves this light colour and smooth consistency and an equally fresh flavour.
Not bad for Day 1 of eating through the lettuce!
