Speaking of bolting plants, along the same line as Lettuce Week, the last week of posts. These cauliflower flowers only happen when the plant gets out of control and bolt. This means no cauliflowers on this plant due to too much heat and not enough water.
Oops! Let’s chalk it up to a learning curve that a lot of my garden gets way too hot to keep up with. I need more drought hardy plants!
